ALLOCATION OF FITTINGS

For each pump series an assignment for suction and pressure side fittings is made following the information pages. This assign-
ment takes into account fittings that must at least be used with regard to their nominal width in order to ensure safe and trouble-
free operation of the respective pumps when conveying water-like fluids. The use of valves with a larger nominal width is possible
without problems in most cases.
When selecting the fittings, the installation instructions for dosing pumps must be observed or sera must be coordinated.

A Diaphragm relief valve for overpressure protection
B Diaphragm pressure keeping valve to prevent overdosing

C Multifunction valve pressure keeping- and relief valve in one fitting
D Diaphragm pulsation damper for damping the flow in the pressure line

E Dosing valve fitting for feeding the process line
F Injection fitting fitting for feeding the process line

G Vent valve for the elimination of air/gas inclusions in the suction line an bomp body
H Flow meter for measuring and monitoring the flow (only for controllable pumps)

1 Tank/Container for storing the dosing medium
2 Multifunction vessel usable as an priming aid and/or an calibration pot

3 Suction lance for suction from different containers (with and without level switch)
4 Foot valve with check valve to avoid idling of the suction line

5 Flow controller for detecting the flow rate of the metering pump (only for controllable pumps)
6 Line strainer* for collecting impurities in the medium

7 Shut-Off valve (Ball valve)*
